Strikes High Court Enforcement is the enforcement division of Strikes HCE Limited, a private limited company incorporated in 2020 and part of the Strikes Property Services Group.
Operating across England and Wales, Strikes HCE enforces High Court writs through an in-house Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer, Andrew McDermott, authorised by the Lord Chancellor and regulated by the Ministry of Justice.
Our firm is also member of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association.

Our team combines an in-house Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer, certificated enforcement agents and seasoned professionals to deliver swift, lawful resolution.
Andrew McDermott
Andrew is our in-house Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer, authorised by the Lord Chancellor and regulated by the Ministry of Justice. He personally oversees all High Court Writs and ensures every enforcement activity is carried out with precision, professionalism and full compliance.
He is responsible for transferring CCJs to the High Court, foreign judgments, Employment Tribunal Awards, process serving, and Writs of Possession and Delivery – and leads the running of Strikes High Court Enforcement. Before becoming an HCEO, Andrew worked as an enforcement agent.
Chris Bane
Our founder and Managing Director, Chris has more than 20 years of enforcement experience. He oversees the day-to-day running of the business while maintaining personal contact with clients, and began his career as an enforcement agent.
